KATSUDON DON カツ丼丼

This dish is served with a choice of two types of meat: pork, which is slow-cooked sous-vide, breaded, and fried until crispy; or chicken, which is cooked sous-vide and then briefly pan-fried in teriyaki sauce. It’s served with warm rice, a soft egg, onions, and a flavorful sauce. Please choose your preferred meat below.
